Automated Google Workspace classification labeling
Varonis is extending its automated data classification labeling capabilities to Google Workspace. This integration enables you to create granular labeling policies that automatically apply badged labels to sensitive Google Workspace data using Varonis' industry-leading data classification capabilities. With Varonis, you can automatically enforce labeling policies, fix manual labeling gaps, and re-label files as your data changes to help ensure downstream DLP controls are effective.
This expands on Varonis' current ability to ingest existing Google labels into its platform, display them within the resource details, and enable you to filter investigations by badged labels.

Visibility of MPIP labels in additional data stores
Varonis can now display Microsoft Purview Information Protection labels on data previously labeled by Purview and uploaded to additional data stores such as Azure Blob, AWS, Box, Google Cloud Storage, and Google Workspace.
This integration allows organizations to maintain consistent data classification across different platforms, ensuring that sensitive information is properly identified and protected regardless of where it is stored. Additionally, Varonis can filter investigations by these labels, enabling organizations to quickly locate and manage specific types of classified information.

Azure Blob Storage automated remediation policies
We’re excited to expand our automated remediation policies to Azure Blob Storage, which will enable you to automatically secure your most sensitive Azure resources.
These new automated remediation policies include:
- Disabling anonymous access to blobs on public Azure Blob Storage accounts
- Blocking public access to Azure storage containers and blobs
- Disabling (and re-enabling) stale and inactive Azure users

Streamlined AWS public exposure remediation
You can now remediate AWS S3 bucket exposure directly from Varonis’ bucket investigation page. Simply use the new fix button located on the exposure status widget. This feature streamlines the review and remediation processes all in one screen, helping you address risks as soon as they are identified.

Entra ID public group remediation
Varonis now enables you to remediate public groups in Entra ID. With the new remediation policy, you can automatically change group visibility from public to private by removing the “everyone except external users” member from the group.
