Dedicated Technical Account Managers work closely with customers to drive risk reduction, and our expert Incident Response analysts investigate and escalate alerts on our customers’ behalf with our Managed Data Detection and Response (MDDR) offering.

This year, Forrester introduced a new element to their Wave report, called the Customer Favorite. This recognition, the strength of which is shown by rings around the vendor’s placement, is for vendors who received exceptional customer feedback.
